VRS/32 Series product is a network device developed for the purpose of creating overlay network (footnote 3) that transmits XML message based on the information included in XML message (footnote 4)
Recently, relative to the increase in performance of computer hardware, XML written in TEXT format which does not rely on computer environment and enabling exclusively high expressiveness and flexibility is becoming the standard format for various data.

Relative to the spread of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) (footnote 5), architecture for creating a system capable of TCO reduction and adjusting to business needs in flexible and timely manner, information message being transmitted between Web Services using SOAP (Service Oriented Architecture Protocol) (footnote 6) and REST (Representational State Transfer) (footnote 7) based on SOA are gaining attention.

Intermediary layer located between IP network and application layers and functions as an interface to both layers is desired as the new service platform in NGN initiative. Such network creation is realized through Solace Systems’ VRS/32 Series.

VRS/32 Series offerings

1) Platform for timely transmittal of financial XML contents including stock price information
2) Platform for gathering XML data including RFID and censor information from wide area on a real time basis
3) Enables creation of wide area and extremely low delay messaging network which is a platform to realizes decreased development and management procedures for XML message communication between Web services based on SOA
