■Background for foundation
Environmental changes including global warming, climatic anomalies, and disasters have great impact on civilian lives. Disaster predictions and environmental improvements may be possible through awareness and analysis of environmental data on a real time basis and researching on the correlations between environmental data and disasters.
Digital Thermometer Screens installed in various areas are weather-monitoring devices with high Internet connectivity. Through IPv6/IPv4 network, large amount of data maybe collected at low cost and Live E! will study that the collected data may be used not only for climatic forecasts, but for various other purposes. Collaborative demonstration researches by multiple research/educational institutions, companies, and mass media, will lead to establishment of new businesses and highly value added contents and contribute to creation of safe and secure global environment.
