Net One Systems offers special relief services to customers affected by Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake

Net One Systems Co., Ltd. (headquarters: Shinagawa-Ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Osamu Sawada) announced that the company would offer with utmost priority in restoration of customers' computer networks, special relief services to Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake-affected products originally purchased from the company.
Although as a rule, regardless of service contract term, services for failures resulting from natural disasters are provided at extra fee, as long-term system failure is expected to gravely impact the local economy, the company has decided to offer special relief services effective today.

Overview
Provide special relief services including fault recovery of hardware products, repairs, and shipment of replacement products.

Following earthquake affected network equipment purchased from Net One .

  (3) Appliance servers

Special relief services are applicable for products that can be repaired.
