Quality Control Center becomes a certified holder of ISO9001 Version 2000
- undertakes to establish framework for quality management and to enhance customer satisfaction level


On December 18, 2001, Net One Systems Co., Ltd.'s (NOS) Quality Control Center (headquarters: Shinagawa-Ku, Tokyo, President & CEO: Kazuo Sato) was certified with ISO 9001 Version 2000, an international standard for quality management system.

Based on the management policy of "contributing to the society through business activities and enhance customer satisfaction," Net One Systems undertake to strengthen quality management framework of networking products shipped to customers and increase level of customer satisfaction.

Undertakes quality management from initial stage of commencement of business

NOS was the first company to commence network integration business within Japan and has always moved quickly to introduce to the Japanese market, leading products and technologies from abroad. In order to clear the Japanese customers' high quality standard while undertaking localization of foreign products and giving effort to deployment of highly superior network and service, we determined that it was imperative to create a unique product management system and have undertaken to development of testing procedure and management process.

In May 2000, NOS established quality control center to function as the central location for quality management and distribution and expanded technical center for evaluation and testing of new technology products. Together, these two centers serve as the core framework for technical strategy and quality assurance. Since network design, quantity or load of data traffic and interconnection invariably affect network performance, quality testing and management is considered to be difficult. NOS has set rigorous quality standard based on user needs and experience to provide quality control for all vendor products at its quality control center. In addition, by aggregating know how and technologies prevent troubles from occurring after installation and thereby increase level of customer satisfaction.

Overview of Quality Control Center

The total floor space of Quality Control Center (location: Yashio, Shinagawa-Ku) is 6,000 square meters. In order to accommodate to extensive configuration evaluation, it is equipped with large-scale reception terminal.
Our unparalleled inspection facility consists of equipment including load generating device, LAN-QC (NOS product) that enables efficient post testing and temperature controlled room for aging test (test that creates extreme usage conditions.)
Incoming products undergo comprehensive testing and only those that are approved as non-defective products are shipped to customers. Recording product shipment information on database that is jointly used with service integration division enables timely and accurate response in an event of trouble.
