Net One Systems Co., Ltd. will offer SLM service that enable effective network bandwidth management

Summary:

In order to enhance the service solution, Net One Systems Co., Ltd. will offer multiple application level performance management (bandwidth management) using variety of operational management tools. Net One Systems will target ISPs and Carriers as well as ASPs and data center market to implement Service Level Management (SLM). As part of continuing effort to enhance the service solution, Net One signed a reseller agreement with Packeteer, Inc. (Headquarters: California; President and CEO: Craig Elliott) and commenced sales of operational management tools, "PacketShaper" and "AppVantage" in December 2000.
In addition to these SLM operational management tools, in cooperation with Network Service And Technologies Co., Ltd., (Headquarters: Shinagawa, Tokyo; President: Toru Ishikawa) Net One Systems will collect, monitor and compare application level performance data (network delay and throughput) to offer SLM service that enable effective network bandwidth management.
Net One Systems will continue to provide various sophisticated SLM related services by seeking and adopting technologies and products of different companies.

Target Market:

There is a demand for SLM services by Internet related companies as ISPs and telecommunications companies that provide network services and the demand is especially great for rapidly expanding ASPs and data center market. The services are also appropriate for bandwidth management and network SLM of companies, universities and research institutes.
In the coming two years, Net One Systems plans to actively market the SLM services to achieve sales of 1,000 SLM related management tools as well as SLM related operational services.
