Net One Systems Co., Ltd. will commence taking orders for Cisco IP Telephony.

From Feb. 15, 2000, Net One Systems Co., Ltd. will commence taking orders for Cisco IP Telephony CS-7820 Starter Kit, an end-to-end voice integration solution that enables Voice over IP on LAN network. Cisco IP Telephony is regarded as the core product of AVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data) proposed by Cisco Systems, Inc. It is most likely that Cisco IP Telephony will become part of the standard solution for Voice over IP in the near future. CS-7820 Starter Kit is comprised of Call Manager software, MCS-7820(sever), IP Telephone, etc. Utilizing QoS function in LAN Switch (Cisco Catalyst) Series in conjunction with Cisco IP Telephony enables construction of improved IP environment and network. As more and more customers aim to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce telecommunications cost, the demand for integration of voice over data network is increasing. While users are reluctant to implement VoIP, VoFR, and VoATM as they require comprehensive knowledge of WAN and data network, Cisco IP Telephony offers relatively easier solution to voice integration.
